Aatman Yoga

 Founded by Yagnesh Patel and Rutvi Patel with a simple intention—to bring yoga back to its true roots: simple, accessible, and authentic. In today’s world, yoga is often seen as something only for the flexible or experienced, but their vision is different. Yoga is for every body, at every stage of life.

 

As long-time practitioners and dedicated students of yoga, Yagnesh and Rutvi believe that yoga is a powerful self-help tool. It is not just about movement, but about understanding the body, calming the mind, and gradually connecting with one’s inner self. Their approach integrates traditional Hatha yoga, along with pranayama (conscious breathing), meditation, and simple knowledge of yoga philosophy—offered in a way that is easy to understand and apply in daily life. This helps individuals improve mobility, reduce pain, and develop clarity and balance from within.

 

At Aatman Yoga, the focus is on simplicity and authenticity. There is no pressure to perform or achieve a certain level of flexibility. Instead, each person is encouraged to start where they are and grow at their own pace. Through consistent practice, yoga becomes a way to find inner happiness and address physical discomfort without dependence on external solutions.
